I haev had this file in my pc for a while so it may be a bit outdated

THIS FILE COMES WITH:
The file comes with everything you need for blizzard like- tools, cargo, weaponry, and helicopters. This file comes with a UH-1, AH-1, Mi-28 (or 24) and a NH-90, Everything is pretty simple to use, controls are on the gui.

HOW TO GET OTHER HELICOPTERS:
Simply just get a blizzard helicopter from free models or GPI or something and put it in the game.
HOW TO EDIT:
go into helicopter settings and change the scripts or sounds
for the police gpi helicopter you need to add the rotor sounds.

WHAT TO DO IF HELICOPTER IS STUCK AND CANNOT MOVE:
This is a common problem, this can be caused by the helicopter being anchored, or in another models hitbox not allowing it to move.

Motorway Signal MK4 displays are the newest variable message displays used across Britain’s strategic trunk road network to manage the flow of traffic effectively during incidents. They play a key role in communicating information to drivers regarding the state of the network.
This pack contains two different versions:
Gantry Mounted MS4: This variant does not include variable speed limits and lane control signals, as this would be done by the AMIs mounted to the gantry above each lane.
Verge Mounted MS4: This variant sits at the side of the motorway and includes lane control signals, speed limits and everything else included in the gantry mounted MS4, eliminating the need for signals above each lane.
The display can be controlled by a user friendly UI, accessible only to teams defined in the configuration script by a control box adjacent to the display.

A breathalyzer model and a drinks bottle system which set a value given to each player for drunkenness, meaning the breathalyzer script will detect you as drunk.
