Registration Rules and Regulations

• User Account Responsibility: You are entirely accountable for any activities performed through your account on our platform.

• Liability for Content Use: We do not assume responsibility for any actions taken with the content acquired from our site. Users are solely responsible for how they use this content and any consequences that may arise.

• Modification of Content and User Information: We hold the right to alter or remove any user content or information at our discretion without prior explanation. Such actions may be taken whenever deemed necessary.

• Download Restrictions and Usage Policy: Members can download resources within the designated daily limits. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing these resources in any form is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to evade these limitations will lead to immediate account suspension.

• Profile Picture and Avatar Rules: It is strictly forbidden to use avatars or profile photos containing explicit or sexual content. Any such images will be removed immediately, and repeated violations may result in account suspension.

• One Account Per User Policy: Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. The discovery of multiple accounts linked to the same user will lead to the suspension of all associated accounts without further investigation.

• Restricted Usernames: The use of obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate usernames is not allowed. Accounts with such usernames will be suspended without exception.

• No Advertising of Competing Communities: Discussing or sharing links to other similar forums or communities is strictly prohibited. Users found violating this rule will be blacklisted, and necessary actions will be taken to protect our platform’s integrity.

Posting & Content Guidelines

• Clear and Informative Titles: When creating a new topic, ensure that the title is descriptive and relevant. Vague titles like "Help," "Error," or "Not Working" are not permitted and will be removed.

• Zero Tolerance for Racism and Sexism: Any form of racist or sexist remarks is strictly forbidden and will result in appropriate disciplinary action.

• Constructive Feedback Only: If you are providing criticism or negative feedback, support your claims with valid reasoning. Saying "I hate it" without explanation is not acceptable. Thoughtful feedback with suggestions for improvement is encouraged.

• No Toxic Behavior or Raging: Aggressive or hostile behavior, including flaming or raging, is strictly prohibited. Punishments for such behavior will be determined by the Management Team based on the severity of the offense.

• Debating Controversial Topics: While controversial discussions are allowed in off-topic sections, they are generally discouraged. Keep in mind that discussing sensitive issues may result in conflicts or loss of respect from other members. To maintain a harmonious environment, it is best to avoid such topics.

• Request Posting Requirements: Non-premium members must have at least one approved post before making any kind of request.

• Bumping Rules: Members may bump their topics up to twice per day unless they have perks from the member shop. Topics that have been inactive for more than four weeks should not be bumped, except for Support topics. If a topic is locked by staff, creating a duplicate is not allowed.

• Avoid Generic Replies: Replying to topics with short, unhelpful comments like "thanks" or "good" is considered spam and will be handled accordingly by staff.

• Code Posting Etiquette: If you are sharing a long piece of code, wrap it inside both code tags and spoiler tags to keep threads easy to navigate. This prevents unnecessary scrolling for other users.

• No Spamming or Repeated Messages: Posting the same message across multiple topics or creating meaningless spam threads to increase post count or for other deceptive reasons is strictly forbidden.

• Use the Search Function First: Before submitting help requests, starting new topics, or asking FAQs, always use the search function to prevent duplicate posts.

Forum Conduct & Signature Guidelines

• No Back-Seat Moderation: Do not attempt to enforce rules on other users. If you come across inappropriate content, use the report function and allow the staff team to handle the situation. That’s what they’re here for.

• Support Requests via Private Messages: Staff members do not provide support through private messages. If you need help, create a topic in the appropriate section. The only exception to this rule applies to services such as custom styling or software installation.

• Strict Ban on Malicious Content: Any form of harmful content, including ForceOPs, griefing plugins, and other potentially dangerous files, is strictly forbidden in the downloads library. Any such files will be immediately removed.

• Status Update Limitations: Status updates should not be used for requesting support, complaining about users or staff, or promoting personal websites, services, or needs.

• Resource Update Requests: Requests for resource updates must be made in the designated section. Asking for updates elsewhere is not allowed and may lead to restrictions on your account.

Content Ownership and Usage

• User-Generated Content Responsibility: We ("the providers," "us," "our") are not responsible for any content created by users or any user accounts. The opinions expressed in user-submitted content belong solely to their respective authors.

• Non-Refundable Digital Purchases: All purchases made on our website are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Since digital products are considered “used” upon access, download, or viewing, refunds are not possible.

• Minimum Age Requirement: This service is available only to users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under this age, do not register. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• Content Review and Third-Party Verification: Any content you submit, upload, or share on this platform may be reviewed by our staff. Additionally, it may be sent to third-party verification services, such as spam prevention tools. Do not upload any content that you consider private or confidential.

• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post or link to content that is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam-like, offensive, explicit, personal data of others, infringing copyright, promoting illegal activities, or violating any laws. You are solely responsible for the content you post and any consequences that arise from it.

• Content Moderation and Account Termination: We reserve the right to modify or remove any content at any time, with or without reason or prior notice. Requests to remove or edit content will only be considered at our discretion. Additionally, we may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

• Intellectual Property Protection: All content on this platform—including text, images, videos, and other materials—is legally protected. You may use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. However, sharing, distributing, or making the content available to others, whether free or for profit, is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized distribution beyond personal use may result in account suspension and potential legal consequences.

• License to Use Submitted Content: By posting or submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, and unlimited license to use, publish, or republish your content in connection with the platform.

• Policy Updates: These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Indemnification

By using our platform, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our website, its administrators, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from:

• Your use of our platform, including any services provided;

• Your violation of any terms outlined in this agreement;

• Your interactions with other users or third parties;

• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property, contractual, or ownership rights.

This obligation to defend and indemnify remains in effect even after you stop using the platform. You acknowledge that you are responsible for covering legal expenses if necessary, including the cost of attorneys chosen by us. If a claim arises against us, we reserve the right to settle, and you will be liable for any resulting costs as if the case had proceeded to trial.

Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL OUR PLATFORM, ITS ADMINISTRATORS, EMPLOYEES, OR REPRESENTATIVES BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the platform, including errors or inaccuracies found within it;

• Any personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of our platform;

• Interruptions, incorrect information, incomplete data, or service outages;

• The transmission of viruses, malware, or harmful elements by third parties through our platform;

• Any intentional or unintentional service disruptions;

• Any actions taken in response to intellectual property claims from third-party rights holders.

These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, meaning parts of this limitation may not apply to you. In jurisdictions where liability disclaimers are restricted, we do not limit our responsibility for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence on our part;

• Fraudulent misrepresentation;

• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded now or in the future.

Where a complete disclaimer of liability is not permitted, our maximum liability to you will not exceed 50 EUR.
